This Samba Training Bootcamp by Julia Solis will focus on technique and speed in samba. The first hour will be focused on a quick but complete overview of technique, with some accompanying technique exercises that you can use to practice at home. The second hour of the bootcamp will be focussed on training speed and stamina of samba. If you want to challenge yourself and work on your samba, this is the bootcamp for you.
As an experienced passista, Julia will share her tips on how to train to dance at high speed for hours in 40 degree weather in Rio de Janeiro. You will also be able to ask any questions you may have. Do you want to train like a passista too? This is your chance.
